Description

As we know, mmo coating is sinered on the titanium surface. Uncoated part will be oxided. On the picture above, you can see a oxide payer on uncoated surface. Theoretically speaking, such oxide layer can protect the titanium not be corroded during electrolysis. However, most of customers do not like such layer. Shinny surface is widely to be required. Under this situation, we are usually remove this layer by polishing. Just like the picture below.

However, we can also make bipolar plate by welding. That is to say coated part welded with uncoated part. Please see picture below to help you understand.

Some customers do not like the uncoated surface polished. They are usually choose welding method. No matter what, we have capability to turn your creativity into actual productivity.
